Products must be accompanied by a Packing List, Certificate of Conformance, Traceability records and, if applicable, current REV Level.  If you are outsourcing this job please contact Empire for Customer approved special process sources. Suppliers are required to retain appropriate records that substantiate results certified with their C of C. Important - Our order number must appear on invoices, packages and correspondences. Acknowledge if unable to deliver by date required. All Empire Purchase Orders are subject to AS9100D sections 8.1.4 Prevention of Counterfeit Parts, and 8.4.3 Information for External Providers.  Empire requires our Suppliers to retain records for at least 10 years. Empire, our Customer and regulatory authorities have the right of access to the applicable areas of all supplier facilities, involved in the order & to all applicable records. Suppliers must safeguard covered defense information & cyber incident reporting.
